Scales as indicated 1:6 Scale MPD601 German Helmet The shape of the German helmet from WWII is iconic and instantly recognizable. At the same time, when the shape is not accurate, that too is instantly noticed. With that in mind, we scanned an actual helmet from the NS factory and 3D printed a master to make our resin helmet at 1:6 scale. With the popularity of customizing the larger scale collectable figures and the amazing pieces of art they turn into, an accurately shaped helmet is essential. This helmet was created primarily with that in mind, however it can be considered a kit in its own right with the inclusion of laser cut chinstrap components and multiple full color photos of helmets to use as painting reference. In use with all German troops during the war, the possibilities for painting and customizing the finish on this helmet are limitless.
