The Army Museum of Western Australia located in the historic Artillery Barracks at Fremantle, Western Australia today took delivery of a fully running ex Australian Army Centurion Mk.5/1.

While the Cent is in good running order the exterior requires some work which the dedicated team at the Museum will no doubt undertake with some gusto.

The Cent was driven on the back of an Army Tank Transporter on a five day 3000km road trip from Victoria where it had been slowly wasting away.

A full photo report and walkaround will be posted shortly along with updates on the restoration over the coming months.
