Sprue A is common to both kits while there are three new sprues E and F in beige plastic and clear sprue G and of course the decal sheet.
All my comments in the first kit review also apply here so I will concentrate on the new parts for this kit which sees the same clean, crisp mouldings with a minimum to no pin marks on the parts.
New sprue E has the larger balloon sand tyres with very good tread pattern and hub details to give that distinctive look to the desert Kübelwagon.
Sprue F includes a new front hood with the modified spare wheel mount for
the larger wheel as well as a modified rear engine under tray with revised
exhaust system, new covered headlights and two new figures in tropical dress.
These figures are a standing pilot and seated driver figure which have quite
nice uniform and facial details for this smaller scale and should look good
when painted.
The new decal sheet has the usual Tamiya decals with thickish carrier film and markings for five vehicles;

Conclusion:
Another nice little kit from Tamiya with very good details for the smaller
scale that can be used either as an accessory for an aircraft or in a military
setting.
Now let’s hope Tamiya release a brand new kit in the series, anyone for a Jeep?
