Ground

Published by Delta Publishing
Co.Ltd. Japan
From the publishers
of Ground Power comes this special devoted to the Sdkfz250 armoured halftrack.
Consisting of
144 pages in black and white (except for a few pages in colour as noted below)
with Japanese text it is packed with detailed photos of all variants of the
Sdkfz250 and also includes sections on the Sdkfz252, Sdkfz253 and Sdkfz10.
Starting with
7 pages of colour profile illustrations of different colour schemes and markings
carried on the 250.
The next 34 pages
are a overview of the 250 in-action in all theaters with many wartime photos
giving an excellent insight into it's use, the photos show both "Alte"
and "Neu" vehicles. This gives some great diorama potential as well
as storage and weathering details.

16 pages show the 250 in detail with nice shots of the interior driving compartment
and engine plus general details around different vehicles.

In all this is
an excellent publication giving good overall coverage of the SdKfz250 family.
Some of the photos have been seen in other publications while a number are new
to me (but maybe not to dedicated German equipment watchers). The fact that
all these photos are together in one accessible place is a rear bonus.
