US Tank Crew in Winter #2

This half figure is a later war Tank Crewman wearing 2nd pattern Winter Combat Trousers over a late pattern Winter Combat Jacket with embossed triangular divisional patch on the left shoulder for your choice of marking and Corporal rank insignia on both arms.
There is the usual choice of two heads, one with M1 steel helmet and the other the Tankers Leather Helmet and M1938 Goggles with a pair of Woollen Gloves and the trademark Alpine neck scarf.
The half figure is a single casting with just the heads separate making for a simple figure with excellent uniform details including all the pockets, zippers and fabric seams in the right places plus nice anatomical features on the faces.
There is no real assembly but as with previous figures I added a small “wire” pin to the neck to go into a hole drilled into the body but again this is a personal thing to make fitting and swapping the heads easy and not a reflection of the fit which is perfect if you just want to glue the chosen head in place.
The figure is designed to be posed in an open hull or turret hatch of any applicable vehicle but the Sherman is an obvious choice.
Conclusion:
A very simple but well detailed tank crewman figure to add to your chosen
vehicle and can be used in conjunction with set #35033 for a combination
winter tank crew.
