Marder III Ausf.M Pak 40/3
#35 L-05
Review by Terry Ashley

Designed for the Tamiya Marder IIIM (Kit 35255) the barrel is again in aluminium with four brass parts and six etched metal parts for the muzzle break.

The barrel is drilled out at both ends for a good appearance as you can see the end of the barrel inside the breech block.

Again you will need to slightly open up the barrel hole in the muzzle brake with a fine needle file but the rest of the assembly is straight forward for another superbly detailed barrel.

Fitting to the Tamiya kit will require the hole in the kit breech block to be drilled out as the neck of the barrel is slightly larger than the hole left after cutting of the kit barrel.

Thanks to Michael from Airconnection for the sample barrel.
