Assembly of front wheel spokes.
1 .Lay the etched spokes textured side down on the jig (note small jig pin).
2. Place the small wheel hub over the jig pin.
3. Press down the hub to form the spokes to shape

Assembly of rear wheel spokes.
1 .Lay the etched spokes textured side down on the jig (note large jig pin).
2. Place the large wheel hub over the jig pin.
3. Press down the hub to form the spokes to shape

Front wheel forks, one fork cut off to make fitting to wheel easier
and then glued back into position after fitting to front wheel.
