This issue is again broken into just two large sections.

T-64 (pages 5-79)
This section has a detailed coverage of the T-64A and B models. There are many internal drawings of the turret and that notorious auto loader, the driver's position, engine and the suspension, these drawings are supplemented with 1/35 plans of the T-64A.
There are many in-action type photos of T-64s on exercise, these include some of the T-64BV with a full suite of reactive armour panels. One interesting photo is of a completely destroyed tank, presumable taken in Chechnya?
Finally we have a walkaround of a T-64A with some excellent close-up pics of most of the exterior for a good overall coverage of the vehicle.

PzKpfw IV E/F (pages 80-145)
This section highlights the Pz IV Ausf. E/F with many wartime in-action photos of the vehicles in Poland, France and Africa as well as few from the Russian campaign. Some of the photos have been seen before especially the Afrika Corps vehicles, but there are good quality shots. 1/35th plans are inlcuded for the Ausf. E early and the late E with added armour around the hull as well as of the Ausf.F.
The photos are complimented with a number of diagrams of parts of the vehicles including the hatches, visors and front MG mounting for a very useful reference of this early Pz IV.
