While small in size, measuring 8 3/8” x 6” (213mm x 153mm) and with just 48 pages the book is packed with super close up photos of all those details modellers really love.

The first few of pages have a short technical description of the vehicle and some photos of Russian vehicles with the remaining pages devoted to the photos with captions and text in Polish and English with the photos mainly in colour with some in B&W.

Every part of the vehicle as usual is covered in great detail with multiple pages devoted to each sub section of the vehicle.

The exterior walk around has extreme close-up photos of virtually every part of the vehicle including insect like views of the underside drive train and suspension with extreme close ups of other details such as the interior and engine compartment.

The cab interior and engine compartment are particularly well covered and include colour sectional drawings of the engine, vehicle construction and drive train.

Conclusion:
A superb photo reference on the GAZ-69M and will be invaluable for anyone wanting details of the lesser known vehicle.

Highly recommended.
