SS Winter Tankers
1/35th Figure Set No. FST077
This two figure set
from Firestorm is of SS tankers in winter gear.
There are 12 resin parts cast in blemish free light cream coloured resin with again the only cleanup needed is the usual casting block to be removed.
The standing figure has separate upper body, legs, boots, arms and head with fur cap while the seated figure has a one piece body with separate arms and head wearing a field cap and wears only his field tunic plus gloves.
The uniform detail is again very good and cleanly cast as are the facial details.
While the figures are shown on a Tiger I they could be used in any situation where a standing or seated figure is required and offers more variety for dioramas.
