This is the first release from a new company Calibre35, an offshoot (so to speak) of Aires well known for their excellent resin update sets for aircraft and the odd bit of armour. Calibre35 is to concentrate on 1/35 armour accessories, kits and update/conversion sets.

The Sd.Kfz.9/1 conversion is designed for the Tamiya FAMO and consists of 110 resin pieces, a small etched metal fret and lengths of fine wire and twine.

The resin is cast in light cream resin to a high standard with extremely fine details included.

The conversion is fairly straightforward with only minor alterations needed on the Tamiya kit.
You should study the instructions thoroughly before and during construction to ensure everything goes to plan.

It should be noted that this conversion represents a prototype vehicle which retained the two rows of seats on the FAMO, the production 9/1 vehicles only had the one row (main cab) seats.
