The only cleanup needed is to cut the well cast grenades from their small casting blocks but I did find some small burs inside the ends of the nickel tubes which were easily removed with a small round needle file.
Assembly is very straightforward with the mounting brackets bent to the required angle and the tubes glued in place with cyanoacrylate, and the resin grenades fit precisely inside the tubes with the choice of fitting these or not being up to you?
While designed for the StuG III these grenades could also be used on Panzer III Ausf.M/Ns although the mounting brackets are different shapes the tubes and grenades are the same.
Conclusion:
A simple yet effective update to add definition to the smoke grenades on your
StuG III.
