M-109 Engine and Accessories

This set is designed
for any of the Italeri M-109 kits, A1, A2, E4 and G.
You get two resin pieces in the set (doesn't sound much ah?). The first piece,
a fairly large casting, is the full engine compartment which includes the top
of the engine cylinders, cooling fans, all the major piping and numerious smaller
pipes and wires. The detail has to be seen to be believed, this casting is at
the cutting edge of resin casting today. The biggest problem with this set is
going to be the painting, carefull picking out of the detail with the oppropriate
colours will certainly be benificial.
The second piece is the engine compartment door with nice grillwork on both sides.
To install this
set, all you need do is cut out the engine compartment from your chosen kit
and attach the resin engine from underneath, that's it. The resin door replaces
the one cut from the kit.
And to top it off, it is not expensive, only AUD$15.00. That's good value given
the prices of some resin stuff these days. This will certainly add that bit
extra to any M-109. Highly recommended.
