This is a simple
resin tool for making waffle pattern zimmerit.
It consists on a single resin piece with a 4mm square "head" with the zimmerit pattern embossed, while the body of the piece is large enough to hold comfortably while using the tool.
The method would be to cover a small section of the target kit with a thin film of putty or two part resin (or whatever you prefer) and use the tool to stamp the pattern in.
While I haven't actually tried using this tool but it seems to be easy enough to get a good pattern on the target model with the tool head being small enough to get around tight detail on the kit.
A small instruction sheet is included with a guide to applying the putty and using the tool which should help out.
