The four wheels are cast in light cream resin without any blemishes present and just a small casting block and some very minor resin film in the wheel dish cut-outs to be removed before use. The standard of casting is superb with perfectly round wheels and crisp well defined tread pattern and excellent hub details without any distortion at the pour gate which can sometimes occur with resin wheels.
The details extend to the embossing on the side walls and the small bolts cleanly cast around the inside of the rim and well defined hub details which are on both the inner and wheels with the inner wheels having predrilled holes for the kit axles.
After removing the casting block there is only a very small pour point ‘scar’ which can be positioned at the ground contact and the two wheels have small locating pins/holes for precise fitting of the inner/outer wheel combination.
Conclusion:
Superbly cast and detailed wheels that are a breeze to fit and will greatly
improve the look of the target kit.
