The photos below show a small gap at the base of the grill frame as I'd done some minor trimming to fit before realising the parts (grill frame and lower body front section)
were actually out of shape a little due to transit damage and not as result of an issue with the kit fit.
I usually use two kits for a full build or comparison review so any issue can be verified using the second kit and should have checked this sooner, so apologies for that.
Image of second kit test fitted (right) showing the fit of the lower grill frame as it should be.
Also note the head lights fitted and the orientation of the 'glass' embossed detail.

If having the doors open there is an issue where the central door contours prevent the doors being positioned correctly when fully open.
This is due to the lower hinges being too small and should extend out further than the top hinges to compensate for the door contours.

Reference image of the door hinges, this is of a 2-door but the hinges are the same as on the 4-door.

Note the spare wheel Hub cap should be left off for proper fit of the luggage rack

The Personenwagen (kit 35203) has two plastic parts with PE bracket for the NOTEK light on the front fender and rear convoy light added.
Also with the Personenwagen you shouldn't fit the rear luggage rack of normal tail lights despite these being shown in the instructions.
These parts are still included in kit 38008 should you wish to build a military car from this kit?
